La storia del Cotechino è probabilmente più vecchia di quella dello zampone perché risale al 1745, mentre il collega modenese più classico risale al 1785.
E’ il precotto più venduto a livello nazionale, facile da cucinare e appetitoso da mangiare che si presenta come un insaccato di puro suino costituito da un involucro sintetico (che verrà eliminato dopo la cottura in pentola) nel quale è contenuto un impasto di carne tritata di maiale con sale e aromi.
Il colore della fetta si presenta roseo tendente al rosso non uniforme, il profumo gradevolissimo e un sapore molto pieno.

- You can return any product within 14 days without giving a reason.
- If your package arrived with missing or damaged products , please fill out the report form at the bottom of the page. Remember to attach photos if the products are damaged.
