Returns and Refunds
- You can return any product within 14 days without giving a reason.
- If your package arrived with missing or damaged products , please fill out the report form at the bottom of the page. Remember to attach photos if the products are damaged.
- Our team will check with the warehouse and confirm the outcome of the procedure within 24/48 working hours.
- In case of delays or losses by the courier, we will start an investigation (which may take up to 8 working days). If the order is not recovered, you will be able to choose between a refund or a new free shipment .
