We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

Yes, you can change your shipping address within 6 hours of order confirmation by contacting Customer Service at info@ambrogio.food.

📦 Shipping and delivery

We ship to Italy and 26 countries in the European Union. Some destinations are excluded; Click here to view the complete list.

We prepare your order within 2–3 business days. Delivery varies depending on the destination, usually within a few business days.

We will send you an email with the tracking code as soon as the package is entrusted to the courier!

💶 Availability, Returns and Refunds

In case of unavailability of some products, we will process the order with the available products and refund the amount of the missing products.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of food products. However, if there is a problem, contact us and we will find a solution!

The refund will be made to the payment method used, usually visible within 1–3 business days of the refund notification.

In case of significant delays or other problems, you can ask the carrier to investigate the status of the shipment.

If the courier cannot find your order, please contact us and we will be happy to offer further assistance.
