Introduction and effectiveness of the General Conditions
The following general conditions of sale regulate the purchase of products and remote services made available through the site www.ambrogio.food in compliance with Italian legislation, in particular d.lgs 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions.

Product Selection and Ordering

The characteristics and prices of the various products on sale on ambrogio.food are shown on the page relating to each product.

  • The Customer must add the Products to the “Cart”, accept the conditions and proceed with payment.
  • The contract is considered concluded upon order confirmation via email.
  • Any errors in the address must be reported within 6 hours.
  • Unavailable products will be refunded or replaced with equal or greater value.
  • Excessive orders will be handled separately as B2B.
  • Customers are responsible for their data entered. Errors in addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Post-order address changes: €8 if the package has not yet returned to Italy.

Prices are in Euros and include taxes. International shipping varies by destination.

Transport and delivery

  • Deliveries from Monday to Friday via express courier.
  • Confirmation email with tracking link upon shipment.
  • The customer must also accept damaged packages (to avoid returns) and file a complaint with photos within 7 days.
  • Completion of the “report a problem” form is required to initiate the refund.
  • Possible refund or coupon after customer service evaluation.
