Il Venezia Giulia IGT Bianco Sharis di Livio Felluga è un vino bianco raffinato prodotto nella regione Friuli Venezia Giulia. Questo vino è una miscela di uve Chardonnay e Ribolla Gialla, che conferisce al vino un carattere unico e distintivo. Presenta un colore giallo paglierino con riflessi verdi e offre un bouquet aromatico che include note fresche e vibranti di mela, pera, fiori bianchi come il gelsomino e l’anziano, e un tocco di frutta tropicale e limone.
Il processo di vinificazione prevede una fermentazione a temperatura controllata in vasche d’acciaio inossidabile e un affinamento sui lieviti per alcuni mesi, il che contribuisce alla complessità e alla consistenza cremosa del vino. Al palato, il Sharis è ben bilanciato con una freschezza vivace, note di frutta tropicale e una lunga persistenza minerale.
Questo vino è perfetto come aperitivo e si abbina splendidamente con asparagi, zuppe di verdure, purè di legumi e pesce marinato.
