L’abilità dei maestri distillatori Bonollo consente di scolpire il particolare profilo organolettico di questa grappa che si caratterizza per un’eccezionale ricchezza e vivacità aromatica, nonché una morbidezza ed equilibrio in grado di sorprendere ed appassionare anche gli intenditori più esigenti.
La completa maturità di Grappa OF Amarone Barrique viene raggiunta attraverso l’attento invecchiamento in piccole Barrique di Rovere Francese nelle quali avviene una graduale ed armoniosa evoluzione del suo inimitabile ed inconfondibile carattere.
