Il Vermouth Ballor è ottenuto miscelando al vino un estratto ricavato da un blend di erbe, tra cui i più caratterizzanti assenzi, spezie e altri composti vegetali naturali. Ogni partita ha i suoi tempi che vengono sapientemente rispettati e controllati dal Master Blender. Raggiunto il risultato desiderato di complessità aromatica e il corretto bilanciamento di tutti gli ingredienti, il Master Blender autorizza il confezionamento di un liquore sorprendentemente fantastico.
Raccolta nel miglior tempo balsamico
Ovvero quando le erbe raggiungono il picco aromatico, racchiuso nei tricomi delle foglie.
Essicazione all’aria
Per prevenire l’umidità e garantire la massima qualità aromatica.
Macinazione autonoma
Per assicurare qualità, purezza e prevenire l’umidità.
La giusta frantumazione
La macinatura delle erbe,
secondo una precisa grana, consente all’alcol e all’acqua di entrare nelle fibre vegetali garantendo la più corretta estrazione aromatica.
Macerazione statica
L’infusione avviene a freddo,dura circa un mese affinchè le 30piante trovino la giusta estrazione aromatica secondo la centenaria ricetta prodotta con erbe tipicamente padane.
Infusione a 2 fasi
1. Una più alcolica per estrarre le componenti più nobili.
2. Una con maggiore quantità di acqua per estrarre il gusto amaricante dalle erbe.

- You can return any product within 14 days without giving a reason.
- If your package arrived with missing or damaged products , please fill out the report form at the bottom of the page. Remember to attach photos if the products are damaged.
- Our team will check with the warehouse and confirm the outcome of the procedure within 24/48 working hours.
- In case of delays or losses by the courier, we will start an investigation (which may take up to 8 working days). If the order is not recovered, you will be able to choose between a refund or a new free shipment .
