Nel lontano 1840, nel piccolo comune pugliese di S.Marzano di S.Giuseppe, il liquorista Giuseppe Borsci perfeziona l'antica ricetta di un Elisir Orientale, ereditata dagli avi di origine caucasica, dando inizio alla produzione di questo delizioso liquore. In memoria del periodo trascorso dalla famiglia Borsci in Albania, decide di apporre in etichetta, come marchio di fabbrica, il simbolo dell'aquila bicipite. Liquore unico con un aroma inconfondibile, versatile come nessun altro.
