Berlucchi '61 Rosè Brut Franciacorta DOCG, il nuovo prodotto del 2022 con un restyling sia del design che del gusto. Questo spumante rappresenta l'espressione massima della naturalezza dei vigneti di Berlucchi, con un dosaggio quasi zero di zuccheri aggiunti e composto da uve Chardonnay (30%) e Pinot Nero (70%) raccolte tra agosto e settembre. La vinificazione prevede una spremitura soffice e progressiva dei grappoli, fermentazione alcolica in tini d'acciaio, maturazione preparazione della cuvée con l'apporto di vini di riserva e un affinamento di almeno 24 mesi in bottiglia con i propri lieviti. Il vino ha una spuma soffice, un colore rosa intenso, eleganti note di frutti di bosco, frutta matura e una piacevolissima vinosità dovuta alla breve macerazione del Pinot Nero sulle bucce in fase di vinificazione. Ottimo come aperitivo, si abbina molto bene ai salumi, formaggi e primi piatti. |

Returns and Refunds
