Bottega Gold è un Prosecco DOC ottenuto dalla vinificazione di uve Glera. L’eleganza, la freschezza e la vitalità delle sue bollicine rispecchiano la bellezza e la tradizione del territorio da cui origina, ricamato dai vigneti, capace di distinguersi per le sue forme fisiche e geografiche, dove la vite ha assunto da secoli un ruolo centrale.
L’area di coltivazione delle uve Glera è situata in prossimità alle Prealpi Venete ed è caratterizzata da inverni lunghi ma non eccessivamente freddi ed estati calde ma non afose. La vite in queste zone cresce su terreni di natura diversa, con una variabilità di suoli, esposizioni, pendenze che fanno di questo Prosecco un vino dalla tante sfumature. I terreni collinari sono soggetti ad elevate escursioni termiche tra il giorno e la notte. Questa differenza di temperatura permette di sviluppare aromi più fini, eleganti ed allo stesso tempo più intensi.

Colore e Aspetto : Brillante, giallo paglierino, perlage fine e persistente.
Olfatto: Tipico, caratteristico e raffinato con note fruttate (in particolare mela verde, pera, agrumi), floreali (fiori bianchi, acacia, glicine e mughetto) e a chiudere di salvia e di speziato.
Gusto: Morbido, armonico ed elegante, con corpo snello e con acidità presente e ben armonizzata.
