La cuvée Carte Jaune è un assemblaggio di 50-55% di Pinot Noir, che conferisce struttura e carattere, 15-20% di Meunier per la rotondità e 28-33% di Chardonnay, che offre freschezza e finezza. Questo champagne è elaborato da oltre 400 parcelle selezionate con cura, con una grande proporzione di vini di riserva (30-45%) per garantire la continuità dello stile unico di Veuve Clicquot.
Dopo una vinificazione in vasche di acciaio inox, la cuvée beneficia di un lungo invecchiamento in cantina per almeno tre anni per raggiungere la sua complessità aromatica. Con un dosaggio di 10 g/L, questo Brut bilancia perfettamente freschezza e dolcezza.

Returns and Refunds
