Veuve Clicquot Saint-Pétersbourg: uno Champagne leggendario
Veuve Clicquot Cuvée Saint-Pétersbourg è un omaggio al coraggio di Madame Clicquot che, nel 1814, sfidò il blocco continentale per esportare il suo Champagne alle corti di San Pietroburgo. Questo Champagne Brut, assemblaggio di Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier e Pinot Noir provenienti da una selezione di 50-60 cru, affina sui lieviti per 3-4 anni, acquisendo una straordinaria complessità aromatica.
Uvaggio: Pinot Noir 50%, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier.
Note degustative: Colore giallo dorato brillante e un perlage fine e persistente. Al naso esprime aromi di frutta matura a polpa gialla e spezie dolci, con note di mandorla e brioche. Al palato è ricco e strutturato, con un finale lungo e piacevolmente sapido.
Abbinamenti: Perfetto come aperitivo, si abbina a piatti a base di pesce, crostacei, carni bianche e formaggi di media stagionatura.
