Per il nostro tonno al naturale, abbiamo scelto il sale integrale marino di Sardegna, non raffinato, ottenuto per evaporazione dell'acqua di mare, e sottoposto solo a trattamenti superficiali di lavaggio e purificazione. Il tonno Asdomar, proveniente da selezionate zone FAO di Oceani non sovrasfruttati (Atlantico, Pacifico o Indiano), arriva ad Olbia, dove viene poi lavorato, dal taglio al confezionamento.
