Champagne ricco di stile, il Bollinger Cuvée Special deve il suo nome a William Folks, uomo d'affari e grande intenditore di bollicine che, nel 1911, dopo averlo assaggiato sostenne che definirlo semplicemente Cuvée Sans Année era riduttivo: uno Champagne dall'equilibrio simile meritava necessariamente una definizione speciale! Così nasce la Cuvée Special, una bollicina di garbo ed eleganza davvero fuori dal comune.
Giallo paglierino brillante e attraversato da infinite e minutissime bollicine, profuma di fiori bianchi, agrumi e biscotto, polvere pirica, confetto alla mandorla erbe aromatiche e miele d’acacia. Sorso bilanciato tra freschezza e morbidezza, con scia sapida e minerale a chiudere il tutto.
Ottimo con un aperitivo a base di cubetti di grana e mortadella (semplice ma d'effetto), oppure con qualunque pietanza a base di pesce sia crudo che cotto o con carni bianche salsate.

Returns and Refunds
