Provenienza delle vinacce: da uve monovitigno Aglianico del Vulture del vino “La Firma”.
Conservazione delle vinacce: la vinaccia, appena separata dal vino, viene stoccata in piccoli fusti e immediatamente inviata alla Distilleria G.Bertagnolli, dove avviene la fase di distillazione.
Apparecchio Distillatorio: Metodo di distillazione discontinuo a bagnomaria alimentato a vapore.
L’impianto è composto da 6 paiuoli della capacità di 10 Hl/cad, collegati a colonne di distillazione e serpentina di raffreddamento.
Il circuito dei vapori alcolici è in rame.
La durata media di ogni cotta è di circa due ore e trenta.
Invecchiamento: La selezione “La Firma” è una partita di Grappa prodotta in omaggio al nostro vino simbolo che ci ha fatto conoscere nel mondo.
E’ affinata in piccole barriques di rovere francese del tipo Limousine, Tronchè, Allier della capacità di 220 litri/cad, per un periodo di circa 30 mesi.
Esame organolettico:
Colore: giallo paglierino carico, tendente leggermente all’ambrato.
Profumo: caratteristico di un prodotto invecchiato, dunque vanigliato, fragrante, intenso e persistente.
Sapore: gradevole, schietto, persistente, morbido, vanigliato, di notevole finezza e con un’essenza di grande complessità.
Temperatura di Servizio: 12-16°C. Durante la stagione estiva, si consigliano temperature anche inferiori.

Returns and Refunds
- You can return any product within 14 days without giving a reason.
- If your package arrived with missing or damaged products , please fill out the report form at the bottom of the page. Remember to attach photos if the products are damaged.
