Vitigno: 100% Aglianico del Vulture.
Vendemmia: ultima decade di novembre/prima decade di dicembre.
Vinificazione: macerazione di circa 30 giorni e fermentazione in acciaio.
Maturazione: in carati e tonneaux di rovere francese posti in grotte naturali di tufo vulcanico per un periodo di almeno 4 mesi e ulteriore affinamento di 12 mesi in bottiglia.
Esame organolettico:
Colore: colore rosso rubino con riflessi granato, impenetrabile.
Profumo: note di frutti di bosco in confettura (prugna, amarena, mora e mirtillo), cioccolato, pepe nero, viola appassita, carruba, tabacco, cannella, cipria, macis, cuoio, liquirizia, vaniglia e mentolo.
Sapore: sapido, fresco, pieno, elegante con note di prugna, amarena e mora. Finale molto persistente, speziato con note di liquirizia e cioccolato fondente.
Abbinamento: selvaggina, brasati, arrosti, formaggi stagionati e dolci a base di cacao amaro.
Temperatura di Servizio: 16°-18°C.

Returns and Refunds

- If your package arrived with missing or damaged products , please fill out the report form at the bottom of the page. Remember to attach photos if the products are damaged.
