Vendemmia: prima decade di ottobre.
Vinificazione: macerazione di circa 5-6 giorni e fermentazione in acciaio.
Maturazione: in carati di rovere francese di terzo passaggio posti in grotte naturali di tufo vulcanico.
Esame organolettico:
• Colore: rosso rubino intenso.
• Profumo: note di frutti rossi freschi (amarena, prugna, mirtillo, mora e lampone), violetta, carruba e vaniglia.
• Sapore: fresco, con note di amarena, prugna e mirtillo, tannini morbidi e finale persistente.
Abbinamento: bolliti, zuppe, primi piatti conditi con sughi di carne e formaggi di media stagionatura.
Temperatura di Servizio: 16-18°C.
Formati: 37,5 cl, 75 cl, 150 cl.

- You can return any product within 14 days without giving a reason.
- If your package arrived with missing or damaged products , please fill out the report form at the bottom of the page. Remember to attach photos if the products are damaged.
