Lo spumante Müller Cuvée Speciale è ottenuto con il Metodo Charmat, chiamato anche Metodo Martinotti, che consiste nell'affinamento sui lieviti e nella presa di spuma in grandi recipienti, esaltandone così la finezza degli aromi varietali. Le uve provengono dai vigneti di alta collina e di montagna della Val di Cembra e della Valle di Cavedine e solo dopo una rigorosa selezione le uve vengono pigiate e vinificate.
