Le uve raccolte manualmente nella seconda e terza decade di Settembre, vengono pigiate ed il mosto fatto fermentazione alla temperatura controllata di circa 14 °C con affinamento sul fecciolino per circa 20 giorni.
Esame visivo: colore giallo paglierino scarico.
Esame olfattivo: profumi intensi, fruttati di mela, ananas, frutta gialla e floreali.
Esame gustativo: buona sapidità al palato, equilibrato e ben strutturato.
Abbinamenti: vino da tutto pasto, accompagna primi piatti, cucinato a base di pesce, salumi e formaggi freschi.
Gradazione alcolica 12% vol.

Returns and Refunds
