Il Cartizze � il territorio simbolo dell'area Valdobbiadene DOCG dove l'uva Glera raggiunge la massima espressione qualitativa. Adatto alle grandi occasioni, � ottimo se abbinato a pasticceria leggera di frutta e creme fresche. ƒ l'espressione di maggior pregio del Prosecco Superiore docg, prodotto con le uve della celebre e limitatissima zona di Valdobbiadene, chiamata Cartizze; una porzione di territorio particolarmente felice per esposizione, terreno e microclima. Spumante sontuoso, con profumi che vanno dalla mela alla pera e alla rosa, dal sapore abboccato, fresco e piacevolmente snello, con retrogusto di mandorle glassate. Adatto alle grandi occasioni, � ottimo in abbinamento con pasticceria leggera di frutta, creme fresche e, non per ultimo, con i crostacei.
