Il Panforte al Pistacchio Sapori affonda le sue radici in un dolce della tradizione senese chiamato "Panmelato". Questa ricetta originale venne affinata nel tempo, soprattutto quando gli “specialisti” – gli antichi farmacisti – aggiunsero pregiati ingredienti provenienti dall'Estremo Oriente. La versione con pistacchi è una deliziosa rivisitazione del classico e colpisce per il suo profumo unico. Il gusto ricco dei pistacchi interi si unisce armoniosamente alla dolcezza delle mandorle per creare un impasto che ancora oggi viene lavorato accuratamente a mano.
Ingredienti: Melone e cedro canditi 36% (melone, sciroppo di glucosio-fruttosio, cedro 9%, zucchero, acidificante: acido citrico), farina di frumento , zucchero, pistacchi 10% , mandorle 6% , sciroppo di glucosio-fruttosio, zucchero a velo 3% (zucchero, amido di mais), cialde di amido (fecola di patate, acqua, olio di semi di girasole), aromi.
