La zona di produzione del Solopaca DOP è quella parte del Sannio ove la vocazione alla coltivazione della vite ha ricordi più remoti.
Vitigno:70% Sangiovese – 20% Aglianico – 10% Barbera del Sannio
Formato: 0.75 Lt
Gradazione alcolica: 12%
Tecnica enologica:
Fermentazione alcolica con macerazione delle bucce per circa 7/8 giorni, affinamento e stabilizzazione in vasca di acciaio.
Caratteristiche organolettiche
Esame visivo: rosso intenso con riflessi violacei, brillante.
Esame olfattivo: vinoso e fruttato intenso.
Esame gustativo: poco tannico, morbido e piacevole al palato.
