Le uve rosse Negroamaro, da sempre prodotte nella generosa terra del Salento vengono diraspate e fatte ripassare per alcune ore a bassa temperatura. Il mosto, di colore rosso chiaro ottenuto naturalmente, senza spremitura, viene lasciato fermentare alla temperatura di 15-18°C per conservarne vivacità di colore e di gusto. Il vino che si ottiene è di colore tenue, brillante, con profumo caratteristico delle uve di origine, con sapore asciutto, sapido e leggermente acidulo. Si abbina agli antipasti e primi piatti della tradizionale cucina mediterranea, alle carni bianche e al pesce.

Returns and Refunds
