Da una selezione di uve bianche, con prevalenza Sauvignon, produciamo questo vino a cui abbiamo voluto dare il nome “Felicità”. La raccolta, particolarmente curata, mira a proteggere le peculiari caratteristiche di dette uve. La successiva vinificazione si avvale della criomacerazione a bassissime temperature e successivamente del controllo termico della fermentazione al fine di conservare i naturali profumi, la genuinità, l’integrità del futuro vino. Il vino si presente brillante, dall’intenso profumo caratteristico del Sauvignon, sapore asciutto, leggermente acidulo, vellutato, armonico. Si può abbinare prevalentemente con antispasti, primi piatti, formaggi e pesce.
