Le uve di varietà Negroamaro danno vita a questo secolare vino della terra di Puglia. Dopo la raccolta le uve diraspate e pigiate con estrema delicatezza, quindi lasciate fermentare alla giusta temperatura per estrame colore, corpo e sapore necessari per ottenere un grande vino. Sapore asciutto, leggermente e giustamente tannico, caldo, sapido, vellutato. Va servito a temperatura ambiente (16-18°C). Si abbina con primi piatti piccanti, arrosto di carne e selvaggia.

Returns and Refunds
