Spumante giallo paglierino, profumo intenso e fragrante con note fruttate di mela golden e pera, sentori di glicine e fiori d'acacia.
Gusto pieno, armonico. Ottimo come aperitivo, ideale per tutto il pasto.

Abbinamenti gastronomici: vino spumante ideale sia come aperitivo che per tutto pasto, servito in abbinamento a risotti, carni bianche, pesce o crostacei.

Zona di produzione: Le uve glera provengono dai vigneti in zona collinare di proprietà dell’azienda tutti all’interno della DOCG Asolo.
Coltivazione del vigneto: Il sistema di allevamento è il doppio capovolto, i vigneti sono posizionati su un suolo di tipo sedimentario ricco di limo ed argille calcaree.
Resa di uva per ettaro: 135 Quintali.
Vinificazione: Pigiatura soffice dell’uva raccolta a mano e diraspata, la fermentazione avviene in vasche d’acciaio termocondizionate ad una temperatura di 15 – 18°C.
Presa di spuma: La rifermentazione “metodo Charmat” avviene in autoclavi di acciaio a 15- 18°C per 8-1O giorni, in seguito la temperatura viene abbassata a -4°C fino all’imbottigliamento.
Temperatura di servizio: 4 – 6° C
Conservazione: Si consiglia di conservare la bottiglia in posizione verticale, in un luogo fresco e con poca luminosità.
Acidità: 5.8 – 6.2 g/l

Returns and Refunds

- If your package arrived with missing or damaged products , please fill out the report form at the bottom of the page. Remember to attach photos if the products are damaged.
