All’aspetto questo vino si presenta di colore giallo cristallino e brillante. Il profumo è quello delle pere mature, mele, ma anche pesche, ananas, fiori e spezie compongono il bouquet olfattivo, che è arricchito da una piacevole mineralità. Al naso si apre con intensi profumi di nocciole, arricchiti da piacevoli sentori di pesca ed agrumi. Il gusto è fresco, sapido ed elegante, ha un finale lungo e puro con richiami agrumati.

Uno spumante ideale per accompagnare l’aperitivo, è ottimo se sorseggiato insieme a una buona robiola bresciana. La temperatura di servizio ottimale è di 8°C in calice alto ed affusolato.
