Zona di Produzione: Ischia. Tenuta Frassitelli (Pietra Martone e Tifeo) quattro ettari di vigneto in forte pendenza 600 metri slm con esposizione a Sud Sud-Ovest. Le lavorazioni viticole sono facilitate da un particolare trenino a cremagliera installato nel vigneto.
Uve: Biancolella 100%
Tecnica di produzione: Vinificazione in bianco con decantazione a freddo del mosto e controllo della temperatura in fase di fermentazione. La resa uva-vino è di 55 lt. Contatto prolungato dei lieviti dopo fermentazione (batonage).
Colore: Giallo paglierino.
Profumo: Fruttato floreale, fine, con sentore di banana e di fiori di ginestre.
Sapore: Intenso, delicato, persistente.
Gradazione: 12% Vol.
Annata: Indicata sull'etichetta.
Temperatura di servizio: 12/14° C.
Abbinamento consigliato: Antipasti, primi piatti di pesce e pesce. Linguine agli scampi, coniglio di fossa.

Returns and Refunds
- You can return any product within 14 days without giving a reason.
- If your package arrived with missing or damaged products , please fill out the report form at the bottom of the page. Remember to attach photos if the products are damaged.
