Il Lugana Centofilari di Cesari è un vino bianco prodotto nella regione Veneto, tra i comuni di Pozzolengo e Peschiera del Garda. Questo vino bianco è composto principalmente da uve Turbiana, con una piccola aggiunta di Chardonnay, coltivate su terreni argilloso-calcarei. Le viti beneficiano del clima temperato e ventilato grazie alla vicinanza del lago.
Dopo la raccolta i grappoli vengono sottoposti a pressatura soffice e il mosto ottenuto fermenta in serbatoi di acciaio inox a temperatura controllata. L'affinamento avviene anch'esso in acciaio sulle fecce fini, per alcuni mesi, prima che il vino venga imbottigliato in primavera.
Questo vino si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante dai riflessi verdolini. Al naso offre un bouquet aromatico ricco di sentori di frutta tropicale, mela matura, pesca gialla e fiori bianchi, accompagnati da note agrumate. In bocca si distingue per il suo corpo morbido e piuttosto pieno, bilanciato da una freschezza vivace e un retrogusto minerale persistente.
Perfetto in abbinamento con risotti e piatti a base di pesce di lago come trota o anguilla.
