La vendemmia, svolta fine ottobre inizio decade di novembre, avviene esclusivamente a mano dopo un'attenta selezione dei grappoli in vigna. Successivamente si ha una macerazione per circa 15 giorni, una fermentazione parzialmente condotta con starter di lieviti autoctoni e malolattica svolta completamente. L'affinamento avviene in serbatoi di acciaio a temperatura controllata 80% e barrique di rovere francese per un periodo di 3 mesi 20%. Di colore rosso rubino intenso, offre un bouquet complesso che ricorda la viola, il ribes e la mora selvatica. Assaggiando risulta un vino avvolgente ed elegante, tannico ma giustamente equilibrato. Accompagna carni rosse, piatti a base di spezie o tartufi e formaggi stagionati.

Returns and Refunds
- You can return any product within 14 days without giving a reason.
- If your package arrived with missing or damaged products , please fill out the report form at the bottom of the page. Remember to attach photos if the products are damaged.
- Our team will check with the warehouse and confirm the outcome of the procedure within 24/48 working hours.
- In case of delays or losses by the courier, we will start an investigation (which may take up to 8 working days). If the order is not recovered, you will be able to choose between a refund or a new free shipment .
