La Falanghina, vitigno principe della Campania è da Quintodecimo prodotta con grande attenzione alla raccolta e alla vita dell’uva nel vigneto, il quale si trova a circa 360 metri s.l.m. .
Eleganza e finezza sono i due aggettivi che più si addicono alla descrizione di questo vino bianco "Via del Campo".
Quintodecimo e’ stata fondata nel 2001 su una piccola collina situata a Mirabella Eclano, Via del Campo è il nome di questa piccola vigna vitata interamente a Falanghina.
Vendemmia ai primi di Ottobre, dunque uva raccolta al pieno della sua maturazione. La fermentazione avviene per il 70% in inox e il restante 30% in barrique.
Falanghina Via del Campo Quintodecimo è un vino dal luminoso giallo oro, i profumi fruttati di mela e ananas che si mischiano ad erbe aromatiche e fiori di campo. Un vino bianco dotato di grande struttura, avvolgente con note mentolate ed un finale persistente ed inconfondibile.
L’abbinamento consigliato è con primi piatti a base di pesce di mare fresco o ricchi antipasti.
