Prodotto con uve Primitivo in purezzo,questo spumante brut nasce da vinificazione in bianco. Dopo la pressatura il mosto rosato va incontro a fermentazione alla temperatura controllata di 13-15°C.Fino al termine di ottobre prosegue la trasformazione del mosto in vino, sempre in acciaio e sulle fecce fini. In seguito, il vino viene viene trasferito in autoclave per la seconda fermentazione dove avviene la presa di spuma ed infine l'affinamento sui lieviti per circa 120 giorni.
Caratteristiche di questo spumante rosato
Si presenta con un colore rosa brillante e molto intenso ed un perlage fine ed elegante. Al naso colpisce per sentori di piccoli frutti rossi e note floreali, così come lievito e crosta di pane. Al palato buona è l'effervescenza, morbido ed equilibrato.
Abbinamenti consigliati con questo vino pugliese
Ottimo come aperitivo, da provare anche con la pizza, pesce crudo e in generale con tutti i piatti a abse edi pesce. Servire alla temperatura di 4-6°C.
