L NOSTRO VINO “DON CARMELO'”
Da una selezione di uve bianche Chardonnay, produciamo questo vino a cui abbiamo voluto dare il nome “Don Carmelo”. La raccolta, particolarmente curata, mira a proteggere le peculiari caratteristiche di dette uve. La successiva vinificazione si avvale della criomacerazione a bassissime temperature e successivamente del controllo termico della fermentazione al fine di conservare i naturali profumi, la genuità, l’integrità del futuro vino. Il vino si presente brillante, sapore asciutto, leggermente acidulo, vellutato, armonico. Si può abbinare prevalentemente con antipasti, primi piatti, formaggi e pesce.
