Amaro Braulio nasce nel 1875 dalla ricetta del farmacista Francesco Peloni a Bormio ed � il risultato di una sapiente e tuttora segreta miscelazione di bacche, cortecce, erbe e radici. II particolare processo di infusione a temperatura ambiente delle erbe, poste in alcool puro ed acqua che proviene dalle sorgenti alpine e la permanenza di 15 mesi in botti di rovere di Slavonia contribuiscono a dare a Braulio un gusto complesso e balsamico.
