Vigneto: Cresce su suoli a medio impasto, sabbiosi e calcarei ad un’altitudine di circa 50 m s.l.m.
Vitigno/Uvaggio: Syrah biologico
Dettagli di lavorazione: Dopo un’accurata selezione delle uve, la fermentazione avviene in silos di acciaio a temperature controllate. L’affinamento avviene in silos di acciaio per 14 mesi e poi in bottiglia per almeno 3 mesi.
Note degustative: Dal colore rosso rubino brillante con riflessi purpurei, il nostro Syrah presenta intensi sentori fruttati e balsamici, con note di frutti di bosco e pepe bianco. Al palato è sapido e di buon corpo, con un’ottima persistenza.
Abbinamenti consigliati: È il vino ideale da accompagnare ad aperitivi a base di formaggi semi-stagionati e si sposa bene con l’arrosto di carne.

Returns and Refunds

- If your package arrived with missing or damaged products , please fill out the report form at the bottom of the page. Remember to attach photos if the products are damaged.
