Nuova ricetta per uno dei liquori simbolo della terra d'Irlanda, realizzato con una base di whiskey con crema di latte, vaniglia, cacao e ora con l'aggiunta del caramello salato. Il Baileys viene realizzato per la prima volta nel 1974 per il mercato americano ed oggi viene imbottigliato a Dublino. Il whiskey presente nella ricetta è una miscela di tre whiskey diversi provenienti dalla “the Old Midleton Distillery” e gli aromi vengono aggiunti solo alla fine della miscelazione. Con questa variazione sul caramello viene data anche una finitura salata e pungente al liquore. Colore caramello scuro. All’olfatto è forte l'aroma del caramello inebriato dalla delicata presenza del whiskey che rilascia lievi sensazioni di noce moscata. Al palato è morbido, suadente, con la cremosità del latte, lo stimolo della cannella e della finitura salata del caramello. Si può servire liscio o con ghiaccio ed è perfetto nella realizzazione di cocktail.

Returns and Refunds
