UVE: Chardonnay al 100%, proveniente dai più vocati vigneti dei 19 comuni della Franciacorta.
EPOCA DI RACCOLTA: dalla seconda decade di agosto alla prima di settembre. RESA: 9.000 kg d’uva per ettaro, con una resa in mosto del 55%, equivalente a 6.600 bottiglie a ettaro.
VINIFICAZIONE: spremitura soffice e progressiva dei grappoli con frazionamento dei mosti; fermentazione alcolica in tini d’acciaio.
MATURAZIONE: preparazione della cuvée nella primavera successiva alla vendemmia. Seconda fermentazione in bottiglia e successivo affinamento a contatto con i propri lieviti per almeno 24 mesi, seguito da altri 2 mesi dopo la sboccatura. La minor sovrappressione in bottiglia (5 atmosfere finali), caratteristica della tipologia Satèn, conferisce elegante cremosità.

Returns and Refunds
- You can return any product within 14 days without giving a reason.
- If your package arrived with missing or damaged products , please fill out the report form at the bottom of the page. Remember to attach photos if the products are damaged.
- Our team will check with the warehouse and confirm the outcome of the procedure within 24/48 working hours.
- In case of delays or losses by the courier, we will start an investigation (which may take up to 8 working days). If the order is not recovered, you will be able to choose between a refund or a new free shipment .
