Metodo di produzione
La vendemmia avviene intorno a metà ottobre e manualmente in cassette. All’arrivo in cantina le uve vengono pressate intere. Si procede a una decantazione del mosto fiore a freddo, per un illimpidimento naturale del vino. La fermentazione avviene in tini di acciaio inox a bassa temperatura e il vino permane qualche mese sulle fecce fini per completare l’affinamento. Segue qualche mese in bottiglia prima dell’effettiva immissione in commercio.

Note di degustazione
Alla vista il vino si presenta color giallo paglierino intenso e luminoso. Al naso note di pesca gialla, ananas, mango e banana, alloro e erbette aromatiche con fiori di sambuco. Intensa nota di mineralità. Al palato il vino è morbido, intenso e persistente, tenuto in piedi da corpo e acidità.
Possibili abbinamenti
Bianco di Bellona è perfetto per accompagnare piatti di pesce più o meno delicati e cotti, volendo anche crudi come sushi o sashimi. Perfetto con alcune verdure, in particolare ricordiamo gli asparagi, può all’occorrenza trasformarsi in un valido alleato per aperitivi fuori dalle righe.

Returns and Refunds
- You can return any product within 14 days without giving a reason.
- If your package arrived with missing or damaged products , please fill out the report form at the bottom of the page. Remember to attach photos if the products are damaged.
- Our team will check with the warehouse and confirm the outcome of the procedure within 24/48 working hours.
- In case of delays or losses by the courier, we will start an investigation (which may take up to 8 working days). If the order is not recovered, you will be able to choose between a refund or a new free shipment .
