Vendemmia: seconda/terza decade di ottobre.
Vinificazione: macerazione di circa 10 giorni e fermentazione in acciaio. Risponde ad un modello di lavorazione più
“tradizionale”.
Maturazione: in carati e tonneaux di rovere francese di secondo passaggio poste in grotte naturali di tufo vulcanico, per un periodo di almeno 12 mesi.
Esame organolettico:
Colore: rosso rubino intenso.
Profumo: note di amarena, prugna, lampone, melagrana, mirtillo e mora, violetta, cioccolato, tabacco, vaniglia e mentolo.
Sapore: sapido, fresco, giustamente tannico con note di ciliegia, amarena, mora e prugna, con un finale persistente
che ricorda la radice di liquirizia.
Abbinamento: arrosti e brasati di carne, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati.
Temperatura di Servizio: 16°-18°C.

Returns and Refunds
