Il Vintage Collection Dosage Zéro è uno spumante particolarmente aromatico grazie all’utilizzo e alla lavorazione di uve Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco e Pinot Nero.
Il processo vinicolo inizia con la selezione, la raccolta e la pressatura dei grappoli e la fermentazione del mosto in botti di rovere, per poi proseguire con la creazione della cuvée di 25 vini base (Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco e Nero). Il tutto termina con il dégorgement in assenza di ossigeno, attraverso un particolare passaggio creato appositamente da Ca’ del bosco per rendere tutti i suoi spumanti più gradevoli e longevi.
Il color giallo paglierino intenso è arricchito da numerose note aromatiche che spaziano dalla frutta fresca (mela, pesca, albicocca) agli agrumi, fino alla nocciola e al pane appena sfornato. Un sapore unico e complesso, reso ancora più particolare da un leggero sentore di mandorla amara.
