Tra tutta la gamma di Ca' Del Bosco, il Vintage Collection Brut è quello che riesce al meglio ad esprimere la sintesi tra terroir e vitigno, interpretando fedelmente il carattere del territorio e la filosofia di una tra le più rinomate aziende di questa preziosa denominazione. Figlio solo delle migliori vendemmie, questo brut è il frutto di una vinificazione precisa e di un lungo affinamento (ben quattro anni!) sui propri lieviti, per un prodotto finale intenso, strutturato e dal gusto inconfondibile. Un vino per le occasioni speciali!
Colore giallo paglierino delicato con perlage vivace, fine ed elegantemente persistente. Il carattere aromatico è raffinato e sussurrato, tra toni agrumati, note fruttate tropicali di ananas, sensazioni tostate e mineralità. Il sorso è energico, sapido ed equilibrato, grazie anche alla freschezza che dà verve e carattere, fino al finale preciso, pulito e decisamente secco, di nocciola.
Ottimo con antipasti di crostacei, anche crudi, ostriche, oppure con orata al cartoccio.

Returns and Refunds
