Nell'ambito di una dieta varia ed equilibrata e uno stile di vita sano e attivo l'acido alfa-linolenico Omega 3 (ALA) contribuisce al mantenimento di livelli normali di colesterolo nel sangue. L'effetto benefico si ottiene con l'assunzione giornaliera di 2 g di ALA. L'assunzione giornaliera di 12 mg di Vitamina E contribuisce alla protezione delle cellule dallo stress ossidativo. L'assunzione giornaliera di 10 ml del Fior di Vita forniscono 0,2 g del fabbisogno giornaliero di ALA ed il 32,5% del fabbisogno giornaliero di Vitamina E.
