- We do not ship to: Switzerland, Andorra, Madeira, Canary Islands, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia, Turkey, Corsica, UK Minor Islands and other special territories.
- Orders come set up in 2/3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Returns and Refunds
- You can return any product within 14 days without giving a reason.
- If your package arrived with missing or damaged products , please fill out the report form at the bottom of the page. Remember to attach photos if the products are damaged.
- Our team will check with the warehouse and confirm the outcome of the procedure within 24/48 working hours.
- In case of delays or losses by the courier, we will start an investigation (which may take up to 8 working days). If the order is not recovered, you will be able to choose between a refund or a new free shipment .
- Refunds are confirmed by email and will appear on your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
