Sforzato di Valtellina Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita Nino Negri, fondata nel 1897, � la principale realtˆ vitivinicola della Valtellina. Qui il Nebbiolo, localmente chiamato Chiavennasca, viene coltivato su terrazzamenti, formati da mille e mille muretti in pietra a secco. Lo Sfursat, denominazione che ha reso famosa la Valtellina, si ottiene dall'appassimento naturale delle uve Nebbiolo, che conferisce un'ottima struttura, grande finezza e profumo.
