Perchè questa pasta è buona e diversa dalle altre Ho voluto creare una pasta senza glutine, senza però togliere il piacere e la consistenza della pasta classica. Selezioniamo riso integrale, mais giallo e mais bianco crudo rigorosamente privi di OGM, poi li amalgamiamo con un elemento naturale ed antichissimo: il vapore. È proprio grazie al nostro Metodo di Lavorazione al Vapore che otteniamo un impasto morbido e bilanciato, che poi trafiliamo al bronzo ottenendo una sfoglia ruvida paesana che trattiene perfettamente il condimento. Il risultato è questa Rummo senza glutine, con una consistenza impareggiabile.
