Il Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé è elaborato a partire da un assemblaggio di Pinot Noir (44-48%), che conferisce struttura e potenza, Chardonnay (25-29%) per eleganza e finezza, e Pinot Meunier (13-18%) per arrotondare l'insieme. Questa cuvée rosé comprende una parte importante di vini di riserva (25-35%) provenienti da diverse vendemmie (5-6 in media), conferendo allo champagne tutto il suo carattere.
Questo assemblaggio è completato dal 12% di vini rossi provenienti da vari cru di Champagne, che conferiscono a questa cuvée una tonalità rosa tenue.
Questo champagne beneficia di una maturazione di oltre 30 mesi in cantina, conferendogli una complessità aromatica unica. Il suo dosaggio Brut è compreso tra 9 e 11 g/l, il che accentua la freschezza e la vivacità di questa cuvée.
