Le uve raccolte sono state diraspate e pigiate in modo soffice e trasferite in appositi serbatoi termo-condizionati. La fermentazione alcolica è terminata in 5-7 giorni. Le temperature controllate di fermentazione non hanno superato i 28 °C per le uve Cabernet, Sangiovese e Petit Verdot, favorendo così l’estrazione di colore e tannini dolci, mentre nel caso delle uve Syrah e Merlot non si sono mai superati i 25 °C per preservarne le componenti aromatiche. La macerazione si è protratta per 8-12 giorni. In seguito alla fermentazione malolattica, avvenuta nei mesi di ottobre e novembre per tutte le varietà, il vino è stato trasferito in barrique di rovere francese e ungherese dove ha iniziato il suo periodo di maturazione. Villa Antinori è stato imbottigliato a partire da agosto 2023.

Returns and Refunds
- You can return any product within 14 days without giving a reason.
- If your package arrived with missing or damaged products , please fill out the report form at the bottom of the page. Remember to attach photos if the products are damaged.
- Our team will check with the warehouse and confirm the outcome of the procedure within 24/48 working hours.
- In case of delays or losses by the courier, we will start an investigation (which may take up to 8 working days). If the order is not recovered, you will be able to choose between a refund or a new free shipment .
